The Town of Fountain Hills (the "Town") is issuing this Invitation for Bid (this "IFB") from qualified, licensed firms ("Vendors") as more particularly described in the Scope of Work. In accordance with the Town's Procurement Code, the Town will accept sealed bids for the Goods/Services specified in the Scope of Work. Final Date for Inquires:April 25, 2025, 5:00pm Bidders shall submit all inquiries regarding this bid via the Town's e-Procurement Portal. This Contract shall be effective from the date it is fully executed by the Town and remain in full force and effect for one year thereafter (the "Initial Term"), unless terminated as otherwise provided herein. After the expiration of the Initial Term, this Contract may be renewed for up to four successive one-year terms (each a "Renewal Term") if (A) it is deemed in the best interests of the Town, subject to availability and appropriation of funds for renewal in each subsequent year, (B) at least 30 Days prior to the end of the then-current term of the Contract, the Contractor requests, in writing, to extend the Contract for an additional one-year term and (C) the Town approves the additional one-year term in writing (including any price adjustments), as evidenced by the Town Manager's signature thereon, which approval may be withheld by the Town for any reason.
