Scope of Work 2.1. General Requirements The consultant shall provide survey services to collect elevation data at designated points along the roadway at half-station intervals (50 feet apart, unless otherwise directed). The survey shall be limited to collecting elevation data only--a full topographic survey is not required. Work shall be performed under the direct supervision of a Registered Land Surveyor (RLS) licensed in Arizona. Deliverables shall be provided within 30 days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). 2.2. Control Survey Establish horizontal and vertical control tied to the Town of Fountain Hills' coordinate system and benchmarks. Ensure accuracy using GPS and/or total station methods. Set temporary benchmarks along the corridor at intervals not exceeding 500 feet. 2.3. Elevation Data Collection The following points of existing elevation shall be collected at half-station intervals (every 50 feet) along the entire length of Palomino Drive: Centerline of roadway Existing back of curb (both sides) Proposed back of curb (5 feet offset from existing back of curb) on both sides 2.4. Survey Deliverables Survey Control Report (including benchmarks and coordinate system used) AutoCAD drawing file (.DWG format) with elevation points labeled Spreadsheet (Excel format) listing elevation data at each half-station interval ASCII file of elevation points for use in roadway design PDF map showing the surveyed elevation points along the roadway 2.5. Additional Services (if required) Supplemental field surveys for design changes Right-of-way and property boundary verification Final Date and Time for Inquires: May 30, 2025, 5:30pm
