Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Superior, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Bid Project: The City of Superior, WI, is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Wade Bowl Park Splash Pad Project. The Wade Bowl Park is located at 1228 Clough Ave, Superior, WI. The work under this project generally consists of site excavation, grading, sidewalks, splash pad installation, plumbing, bioretention basin and structure, plantings, electrical, water, and sewer connections. Project shall be completed by August 29, 2025. This project is funded by a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The bidders attention is called to the requirement of the Davis Bacon and BABA standards, to which the Contractor and SubContractors must adhere. The City of Superior encourages the participation of women and minority owned businesses The City of Superior reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, or to accept such bids, as in the opinion of the City, will be in its best interests.
