City of Lansing, Kansas is accepting bids for the mowing of approximately 12.5 acres of city maintained right of way. The City will evaluate the bids received and determine the best overall bid for this project. Bid submission info : Submit email or in-person copy of the completed bid from. Ensure that the project title, the date, and time the proposal is due, and the name and address of your company are included on the front of the bid packet. Bids must be signed and dated, and all bid prices must be filled in. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days. The City of Lansing, Kansas retains the right to accept or deny any bid for any reason, and to award a contract for services the City deems best suited for the use intended. This contract will be for one year, with two possible service extensions. NOTE: All vendors shall be required to be licensed by the City Clerk's office for work of this type. The contract between the City and the contractor shall contain the City's standard insurance provisions.
