The City of Pocatello invites interested parties to submit Proposals for the City of Pocatello's Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). The City of Pocatello is a municipal corporation located in Southeast, Idaho. The City is issuing this RFP and anticipates selecting a firm that has extensive experience working in a local govern-ment setting establishing a CIP. Only the firms responding to the RFP will be considered. Section 3, disadvantaged business enterprises, minority owned businesses, and women owned businesses are especially encouraged to apply. If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFP or otherwise provide additional information, an addendum will be issued to all prospective Respondents who received copies of the original request. Any questions pertaining to the scope of services in this solicitation should be submitted in writing. All answers will be in the form of an addendum and sent to registered Respondents.
