Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Window Services as described herein: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, supplies, permits, vehicles, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary to remove and legally dispose of 10 existing windows and replace with 10 new windows and window coverings to Half Moon Bay Maintenance Station (MS). The services shall be performed in San Mateo County at Caltrans Half Moon Bay MS, 2003 Cabrillo Highway. Questions and Answers A. Questions regarding this IFPQ must be submitted in writing. Bidders are encouraged to submit their written questions by April 2, 2025. B. Written questions must include the individual's name, firm name, complete address, and must reference IFPQ No. 04A7194. This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by Caltrans. Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by Caltrans Contract Manager. This Agreement will expire on July 31, 2025 (estimate). The services shall be provided during normal business hours Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., excluding State holidays. The parties may amend this Agreement as permitted by law.
