Reference Number 0000387012 Bid Intent Not Available The purpose of the Toto Ranch Agricultural Water Line Project (Project) is to provide construction services for underground water line installation to support Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District's Conservation Grazing Program within the Toto Ranch area of Tunitas Creek Open Space Preserve. The scope of work shall include installing approximately 1,500 linear feet of 2" HDPE Class 9 water line with tracer wire, connections to existing 2" waterline and tank, installation of valves and two water meters, and containing/handling excavation spoils during work as further detailed and described herein as the Contract Documents. July 3, 2025 - Written Notice to Proceed August 8, 2025 - Project Completion Bids are due by June 5, 2025. Contractor's on-site activities are expected to commence by July 7, 2025, by which date contractor must have complied with all pre-construction submittal requirements. On-site construction activities are expected to take approximately 3 weeks and must be complete within 20 working days of project commencement. Project Location: The Project site is located at 20080 Cabrillo Hwy South, Half Moon Bay, CA 94014, within the Tunitas Creek Open Space Preserve in San Mateo County.
