The project also includes preparatory chip-emulsion spray patching and infrared patching as needed prior to paving. Bidders are required to visit the site and prepare their own estimates for spray patching and infrared patching. Work is to be completed by a qualified contractor with a minimum of 3 years of micro-surfacing experience. Operators must also have a similar amount of experience.
