Description: The City of Afton, MN has approved an asphalt pavement maintenance project to include the crack sealing of bituminous roadways. The roads included in the project are indicated on the attached map and street tabulation. A specification for the expected work is also provided as an attachment. Bidders are required to visit the site and prepare their own estimates. Work must be completed by August 31, 2025. Work is to be completed by a qualified contractor with a minimum of 3 years of crack sealing experience. Operators must also have a similar amount of experience.
