Reference Number 0000290484 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/27 12:00:00 AM CDT Bid Intent Deadline 2025/05/30 12:00:00 AM CDT Pricing Lump sum a. The work to be done under this contract shall consist of the removal of temporary fill material and/or asphalt and replace with new asphalt. The work consists of patching smaller and larger areas where the City has completed infrastructure work. Further explanation of the scope is detailed in Appendix A and list of areas to be completed as per Appendix B. b. Location of work will be assigned by the Works & Operations Foreman. c. Payment will be based on the areas assigned/completed by the Works & Operations Foreman. Payment to be based on a square foot unit of measure as per bid price. d. All designated work to be completed by no later than September 30, 2025. e. No work shall be done if the ambient temperature is less than 8 degrees Celsius. Commercial general liability insurance, in the amount of at least two million dollars ($2,000,000) inclusive, with City of Flin Flon added as an additional insured with a cross-liability clause, such liability policy to also contain contractual liability broad form property damage coverage to always remain in place during the performance of the work and throughout the warranty period.
