A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Award Notification and Purchase Order Sent to Successful Bidder Friday, May 30, 2025 Questions regarding the meaning and interpretation of the RFP, attachments, specifications, etc., shall be submitted via email. Answers will be provided via an RFP addendum posted online, Please direct all questions or correspondence regarding this RFP to: Sean Fitzpatrick, Procurement Manager CCSNH System Office purchasing@ccsnh.edu Any questions must be submitted by an individual authorized to commit their organization to the Terms and Conditions of this bid. Submissions must clearly identify the Bid Number, the Vendor's name and address and the name of the person submitting the question. CC is considering multiple methods for completing this project. MCC encourages bidders to submit proposals for both of the options below if possible. Option 1 New concrete pad (poured or precast) installed across the street from the existing transformer location New transformer installed on new pad New underground conductors from existing secTER cabinet at top of driveway to new transformer pad location New underground conductors from new transformer pad location to building Removal of old transformer Option 2 New concrete pad (poured or precast) installed across the street from the existing transformer location New transformer installed on new pad SecTER cabinet installed on existing pad Reuse underground conductors from existing secTER cabinet at top of driveway to new secTER cabinet on existing pad New underground conductors from new secTER cabinet on existing pad to new transformer pad location New underground conductors from new transformer pad location to building Removal of old transformer Work will ideally be completed during daytime hours, Monday through Friday in July or August 2026 It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that new equipment, the concrete pad and installation techniques are in compliance with all local, state and federal code rules & regulations
