Emulsion for Uintah County Road Projects The contractor will be responsible for providing approximately: o 50,000 gallons of GM-RSS(R) o 30,000 gallons of GSB-88(R) Uintah County will only accept GM-RSS(R) and GSB-88(R). The contractor must provide a Certificate of Compliance from the manufacturer verifying that the GM-RSS(R) and GSB-88(R) materials meet all required specifications. The full descriptions and technical specifications for GM-RSS(R) and GSB-88(R) are outlined in the GM-RSS(R) and GSB-88(R) specification's sheets. The contractor must specify the timeframe in which materials can be delivered. o The contractor must be able to deliver materials to Uintah County as requested throughout the project period. o By April 30, 2025, the contractor and Uintah County will collaborate to develop a detailed, week-by-week delivery schedule to ensure timely deliveries. This schedule will assist the contractor in arranging the necessary trucking resources for efficient material transportation & Change Start date 05/12 /2025. Award The County will either award a bid or will announce that no appointment will be made. There is no implicit or explicit guarantee that the project will proceed. Uintah County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Right to Reject. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids. In addition, the County will not reimburse costs associated with the preparation or presentation of the bids.
