**As of June 23, 2025 the project is on hold. Project will be rebid in October 2025.** 2025 Facility Improvements at Butterworth Elementary School, Logan Elementary School and Washington Elementary School. Butterworth Elementary School 4205 48th Street, Moline, IL 61265 Logan Elementary School 1602 25th Street, Moline, IL 61265 Washington Elementary School 1550 41st Street, Moline, IL 61265 Bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cash in an amount equal to 10 percent of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. Should a bid bond be submitted, the bid bond shall be payable to the Board of Education, Moline-Coal Valley School District No. 40. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all contractors working on public works. Bidder must comply with the Illinois statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity laws. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make the award in the best interest of the District.
