Site work for a multi-residential development in Moline, Illinois. Working plans call for site work for a multi-residential development.
As of July 29, 2025, project is cancelled. No definite date for the rebid. Moline Housing Authority will receive sealed bids for a Project named Spring Valley & Spring Brook Fencing, Concrete, and Landscaping. Bid Bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount of not less than 5% of the base bid shall be submitted with each bid. Failure to submit an acceptable bid bond with the bid will result in the rejection of the bid. Moline Housing Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any and all technicalities. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of (90) calendar days subsequent to the opening of the bids without the written consent of Moline Housing Authority. All bids, and the project itself, is subject to the availability of adequate funding. Document Note: Checks should be made payable to 1919 Architects, P.C. If it is desired for bid packets to be shipped to bidder, a separate non-refundable check shall be made payable to 1919 Architects, P.C. in the amount of $25 or a valid UPS or FedEx account number shall be provided.
