Renovation of a municipal facility in Moline, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 10,190-square-foot municipal facility.
The City of Moline (hereinafter: "City" or "Purchaser") requests Bids for Moline City Hall Roof Replacement. The project consists of removal and replacement of approximately 10,190+ SF of existing built-up roof system with a new EPDM roof system. The City of Moline reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technicalities in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in its interest, or to advertise for new Bids. The City will award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder, per the above criteria and City Code. Guarantees shall be in the form of a certified check or cashier's check made payable to the City of Moline or a surety bid bond. All bids shall remain valid for a period of 45 days. Contractors shall sign the form included in the bid notice entitled "City of Moline Bid Bond Information" and follow the instructions. A Performance, Labor, Material and Maintenance Bond (1-year), in the full amount of the contract, shall be furnished by the lowest bidder upon receipt of Notice of Intent of Award. The form of the bond shall be that furnished by the City and the surety shall be acceptable to the City.
