Skagit issues this Request for Qualifications to invite qualified firms interested in providing on-call services to assist technical staff and the PUD's modeler with improvements, calibration, and maintenance of the PUD's water system hydraulic model. Background Currently the PUD's hydraulic model is maintained by the asset management/GIS group. The intent of this work is to have a consultant merge with our modeler and lend expertise and experience to improve the PUD's model and give staff hands-on experience. Complete Evaluation of SOQs April 22, 2025 Select Firm April 24, 2025 Selection Process The PUD intends to review and evaluate all submitted Statement of Qualifications and select one firm to provide these services.
