Site work and paving for a road / highway in Morton, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Commercially thin 230 acres of timber within the Peterman Hill Unit of the Cowlitz Wildlife Area. Specified road improvement work and road grading will be included as part of the project. The City of Tacoma requires all employers to provide paid sick leave as set forth in Title 18 of the Tacoma Municipal Code and in accordance with State of Washington law The project is estimated to generate 2,000 MBF (2,000,000 board feet) of sawlogs and 5,000 tons of pulpwood logs. Specified road improvement work and road grading will be included as part of the project. This work is explained in further detail in Appendix A of this contract. Contract(s) will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s) based on price, product quality and availability.
