Site work and paving for a civil project in Sheppton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Contractor shall be a PennDOT prequalified prime paving contractor and be required to comply with the provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act in providing equal employment opportunities in connection with all work. Work for this project is to start by May 1, 2025. The Township reserves the right to reject any Bids or waive any irregularities. The successful bidder shall furnish a performance bond and payment bond equal to 100% of the Contract price.
