Site work for a water / sewer project in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project involves work for which consists of lining or rehabilitating approximately 775sanitary sewer service laterals in the project area via "trenchless" methods using curedin-place pipe (CIPP) technology, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, special provisions, and City of Columbus Construction and Material specifications set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). City of Columbus MBE/WBEGOAL FOR THIS CONTRACT: 10% Question Deadline 05/14/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Questions pertaining to this Invitation For Bid must be submitted via email to DPUConstructionBids@columbus.gov. All questions concerning this bid are to reference the project number and the project name and be sent to DPUConstructionBids@columbus.gov. No phone calls concerning questions about the bid will be accepted. The last day to submit questions will be specified in the IFB A pre-bid meeting will not be held. City of Columbus MBE/WBE Program: This project is subject to the requirements of the City's MBE/WBE Program. The MBE/WBE goal assigned to this project is 10.0%. Bond Percentage 10.00% Ohio Environmental Protection Agency Diversity Program Goals: This project is being funded with an Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA) loan and the OEPA DBE goal is 5.4%.
