LCK RTU 2 and 4 Replacement. QUESTIONS: deadline was 4/16/2025 10:00 am US/Eastern The estimate for this project is approximately $225,000.00. Estimated Award Recommendation: Late June 2025 It is the policy of CRAA that Diversity Business Partner (DBP) organizations shall have the maximum opportunity to participate in the provision of services as outlined in this request. Bidders shall make a good faith effort to obtain DBP participation of 12.9% of the dollar value of the Contract Invitation to Bid (ITB) for Rickenbacker (LCK) Terminal for the removal and replacement of existing Roof Top Units (RTU) - Units #2 and #4. This is a turnkey replacement project involving the demolition and removal of the existing RTUs, installation of replacement RTUs, and all necessary labor and material including, but not limited to, framework rework, exterior and/or interior ductwork as needed, piping for drain, electrical disconnections/ connections, controls to new RTU, and fire and smoke alarms, as well as crane use.
