Description The Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) aims to contract for the services of a construction management firm to perform project management/construction management services for the length of The West Broad Street BRT HCT project. The purpose of this contract is to supplement COTA personnel to complete the management of projects over the contract period. Your proposal will be considered on the basis of the quality of services and expertise your firm offers.
