PURPOSE: To establish an lndefinite Quantity Agreement to purchase Carpet Cleaning Services at 1250 Fairwood Ave as listed herein on an as needed basis. The maximum estimated dollar amount to be spent on this agreement is $15,000,00. Subsequent to the acceptance of an offer, individual written purchase orders may be issued as needed by the City to purchase items listed herein during the term of the agreement. At no time shall the obligation of the City agency exceed the dollar amount of an associated purchase order. The funds on this purchase order expire on 2/28/2026. Any funds balance not obligated by the City of Columbus by means of a purchase order on or prior to that date shall be canceled after that date. Prices shall be FOB Destination Freight Prepaid & Allowed unless otherwise specified. NOTICE Bidders should contact Art Brown at 614-645-8099, or David Williams 614-645- 0708 (secondary) for an appointment to measure areas to be cleaned under this bid. Cleaning shall be done with truck mounted equipment by hot water and cleaning solution injected into carpet followed by suction extraction. Badly soiled areas shall be spot treated. All work shall be performed and completed on weekends only. The City will pick up chair mats, waste baskets, plants, paper products, boxes, and personal items. 1 Full Area Cleaning: To be done within 30 days after the awarded bid, ALL carpeted areas are to be cleaned at this time, including Offices. The contractor will move, clean under, and put back all movable furniture such as, chairs, small pieces of furniture, and movable tables that do not contain electronic equipment. Badly soiled areas shall be spot treated. This service will be conducted 2 times per year.
