The proposed contract requires the completion of 25 free to grow surveys, 20 regen/stocking surveys, 75 regeneration performance assessments surveys and 15 survival surveys totalling 2064.5 hectares located in the Chilliwack Natural Resource District within the Chinook Business Area. The proposed contract will require registered qualified professionals and/or registered forest technical staff working in various conditions including isolated areas. The proposed contract includes information management using SNAP! reporting of survey results to BCTS' software (LRM) and producing survey reports and maps. Deadline for receiving questions is 10:30 am on April 29, 2025. If questions are received, a Question & Answer document will be posted to Online by May 6, 2025. If your bid deposit is in the form of cash, money order, certified cheque or bank draft, you will not be able to e-bid. See allowable submission delivery method(s) above. Also see Conditions of Tender for acceptable bid securities. The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
