**As of June 10,2025, the project was awarded to Designed Habitat LLC but the awarded amount is not available.** Design, provide, equip and install a new greenhouse to include the specs below: The greenhouse should be single block, 30' x 72' CS3 with 8' side walls, mounted to concrete slab. 2 end wall doors 2 heaters (125,000 BTU) 2 single speed ventilation fans 25' of evaporative cooling system with motorized vent 4 circulation fans environmental control system 8mm polycarbonate covering 4' and 5' wide benches greenhouse at our main campus at 507 School House Road, Dorchester, SC 29437.
