The project involves the complete replacement of approximately 7,580 linear feet of inner and outer perimeter fencing at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Loretto. Work includes removal and installation of line posts, fence fabric, razor ribbon, vehicular and pedestrian gates, and footings. The scope also covers realignment of portions of the interior zone fencing as needed, replacement of gates located within 30 feet of the inner perimeter fence, and installation of new concrete walkways along the interior fence. All work must comply with the specifications and drawings provided in the solicitation. Location: 772 Saint Joseph St., Loretto, PA 15940.
