Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bothell, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and golf course.
The general aspects of this work will involve jacking the bridge superstructure, removing and replacing timber pier caps, adding steel pile clamp assembly, bearing plates, plates, and new timber cross bracing. The total estimated cost for this project is in the range of $100,000 to $120,000. The number of working days for Physical Completion of this project is 40.
