Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bothell, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and golf course.
The general aspects of this work will involve jacking the bridge superstructure, removing and replacing timber pier caps, adding steel pile clamp assembly, bearing plates, plates, and new timber cross bracing. The total estimated cost for this project is in the range of $100,000 to $120,000. The number of working days for Physical Completion of this project is 40. The City of Bothell reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities or informalities and to further make award of the project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interest of the City. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
