Site work and paving for a road / highway in Tremont, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a certified check, bank check, irrevocable letter of credit, or Bid bond for (10) percent of the Bid total. The work must be completed by July 25, 2025. The Work generally consists of furnishing all equipment, labor and materials for, but not necessarily limited to, the following: Double bituminous seal coat and water borne pavement markings. The work location is more specifically identified in the project manual/bid documents and project exhibits. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. Liquid Fuels funds will be utilized for funding a portion of this project and all materials and work must conform to the most recent edition of PennDOT Publication 408 in place at the time of bid submission unless otherwise specified. Bidders need to be PennDOT Pre-qualified for Work Class F4. Tremont Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or portions thereof, and to accept any Bid, or portion of Bid, which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Township.
