Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Harford, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a fitness / recreation center; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Harford Township Recreational Complex - Renovation Project Work will include, but is not necessarily limited to furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for completing the following scope of work: Rough and finish grading; installation of parking and access road; restroom, electrical and plumbing service; walkways; fencing; storm water management; landscaping; top-soil placement and seeding; signage and other work associated with improvements at the site. project constitutes public works and is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of October 27, 1995, P.L. 744, and PA Prevailing Wage Rates. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond payable to "Harford Township" in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total Bid Price in accordance with the provisions in the Instructions to Bidders. A non-collusion affidavit of contractor will be required to be signed and notarized prior to the award of any contract. Performance, Labor and Materials, and Maintenance Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Base Bid and any selected Add-Alternate Bids must be furnished within ten business days of the notice of award for companies licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Harford Township. All bonds must be secured.
