******THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ON FILE ARE FOR "REVIEW ONLY". IN ORDER TO SUBMIT AN ELIGIBLE BID, CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO GET A COPY OF THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FROM Kraft Municipal Group. The Work to be performed consists of approximately 3,340 square yards of profile milling, 4,200 square yards of base repair, 1,330 tons of wearing course and related work on various roads throughout the Township. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Proposal Security equaling ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal. Proposals shall be effective for forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of opening, and the Work must be completed not more than forty-five days (45) calendar days following receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders are advised that Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry are applicable to the project. Richmond Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals or portions thereof. Certain portions of the project may be modified or eliminated as a result of budget limitations.
