Reference Number 0000385146 Charter Township of Shelby 2025 Sanitary Sewer Cleaning & Cctv Inspection Program. Please See Attached Pdfs. The approximate quantities of work involved for this project are as follows: Cleaning and CCTV Investigation of Sanitary Sewers, 6"- 12" 39,900 FT Cleaning and CCTV Investigation of Sanitary Sewers, 15"- 21" 1,050 FT together with other appurtenances and related items of work as well as deliverables. A certified check, bank draft or satisfactory bid bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company, payable to the Charter Township of Shelby, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds and insurance certificates. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the receipt of bids. This time frame may be adjusted through mutual agreement between the Owner and Contractor. The right is reserved by Shelby Township to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids or waive irregularities in any bid in the best interest of the Township.
