Renovation of an educational facility in San Jose, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

**As of June 24,2025, the project was awarded to SE Controls but the awarded amount is not available.** The scope of work includes but is not limited to furnishing all labor, material and equipment required to provide a Comprehensive analysis, Design and Upgrade of existing GE Building 101 Fire Alarm System Upgrades and it's related electrical and piping systems. This project requires Prevailing Wages and is covered by the District's Construction Careers Agreement with the Santa Clara and San Benito Building & Construction Trades Council. Mandatory Bid Walk -- Late arrivals will not be accommodated. At 5 (five) minutes past the advertised start time for the Pre-Bid Conference, the meeting will be considered closed, and no further admissions will be allowed.
