Reference Number 00002925463 The Successful Vendor shall perform spring and fall Services at each Location including the following: Group A (i) Wash inside and outside of all exterior windows, including frames; (ii) Wipe inside and outside of all exterior windowsills (except masonry windowsills); and (iii) Wash inside and outside of all overhead garage doors (14'-0"), including mullions. Group B (i) Wash inside and outside of all exterior windows, including frames; and (ii) Wipe inside and outside of all exterior windowsills (except masonry windowsills). Group C: (i) Wash outside of all exterior windows, including frames; (ii) Wash inside of all exterior windows except clerestory windows, including frames; (iii) Wipe inside and outside of all exterior windowsills (except masonry windowsills); (iv) Wash inside and outside of all overhead garage doors (14'-0"), including mullions; and (v) Wash inside and outside of angled garage office windows located inside the garage. Use rags, not a squeegee. Refer to Figure 1 and Figure 2, below, regarding the angled garage office windows at Group C Locations: MPI anticipates that the initial term of the Agreement shall come into effect as of June 1, 2025, and shall remain in effect until April 30, 2028 (the "Initial Term").
