Description

Site work for a civil project in Middleton, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a 2,296-square-foot water / sewer project.

The Project Includes the Following Work: Construction of a New Wastewater Treatment Plant With Decommissioning of the Existing Treatment Plant. Components of The New Wastewater Treatment Plant Include Preliminary Treatment With Screening and Grit Removal Housed Within a New Headworks Building, Primary Treatment With Activated Primary Clarifiers and Equalization Basin, Secondary Treatment With Step-feed Biological Basins, Blower Support Building, and Secondary Clarifiers, Tertiary Building Housing Ultraviolet (UV) Disinfection and Personnel Support Facilities, Dewatering Building And Sludge Storage. The Project Additionally Includes Several Supporting Pump Station Facilities and Off-site Water Main Extension. The Project Has an Expected Duration of 1,095 Calendar Days (36 Months). The Engineer's Opinion of the Probable Costs for This Construction is About 67 Million Dollars. No Federal Funds Are Associated With This Contract.
