This project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies to rehabilitate two culvert segments of the City's irrigation/drain system by installing cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and an ecology block headwall. Work includes limited traffic control, accommodations for and coordination with system users, and bypass pumping as depicted on the project plans and specifications. All work, materials and installation shall be in accordance with the project plans, specifications, Idaho Standards for Public Works Construction, and Middleton Supplemental to ISPWC. All bids shall be submitted on the prescribed bid form and in the manner indicated in the instructions to bidders. The City of Middleton reserves the right to accept bids and award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder based on the base bid schedule, to postpone the acceptance of the bid and the award of the contract for a period not to exceed sixty days, or to reject any and all bids received and further advertise the project for bids. The base bid will be awarded to only one contractor. The City of Middleton may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject, for good cause, any or all bids upon the finding of the City it is in the public interest to do so. QA date - 11-28-2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
