This project is located at N 200th St from 3rd Ave NW to Whitman Ave N and Greenwood Ave N from N 145th St to N 160th St and proposes to plane, full depth repair in designated areas, and overlay N 200th St and Greenwood Ave N. Other related work includes asphalt pedestrian paths, sidewalk, curb and gutter, and improved ADA accessibility. Work will also include installing storm structures, channelization, and minor landscaping. The estimated construction costs are between $1,600,000 and $1,800,000. The time for physical completion of the Work is within 65 working days. This project is subject to state requirements pertaining to prevailing wage. All bid proposals must be submitted only on the form provided with the Contract Provisions. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of such bid proposal, payable to the City of Shoreline. Cash will not be accepted. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the Specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities or irregularities and to make award of the project to the responsible bidder with the lowest responsive bid, as it best serves the interest of the City.
