The City of St. Petersburg is requesting quotes from qualified vendors for the replacement of gutters and downspouts on several Fleet Management buildings that were damaged in last years hurricanes. The City is looking to have them replaced with the same material to match our existing gutters and downspouts that are still in good condition. The gutters are 8 inches and measure 294 feet. This is a sheltered bid only open to City of St. Petersburg certified Small Business Enterprise's (SBE). Work must be self-performed. 4.2. Minimum Qualifications At a minimum, Vendor must meet the following qualifications: Have been in the business of providing service, gutter and downspout repair/replacement as described herein for a minimum of one (1) year. Have the ability to obtain the minimum insurance requirements set for in the base agreement. Vendor must be a City of St. Petersburg certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE). 4.3. Vendor Responsibilities Replace storm damaged gutters and downspouts on the Fleet Buildings In the event that full gutter replacement is not necessary, repair quotes will be provided to the department before work commences. Replace 294 feet of gutters with Seamless 8 inch industrial Grade Box gutters and using heavy duty straps where needed. Vendor must provide a point of contact who will maintain communication with the City project manager. 4.4. City's Responsibilties At a minimum, City shall provide and meet the following responsibilities: The SBE Goal for the project: 100% City shall provide a point of contact (City Project Manager) to administer the Agreement. City Project Manager shall assist with planning, strategy, and objectives prior to performance of the Work.
