The City of Palm Desert, (City) invites and will receive sealed Bids for the furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary for Construct Cahuilla Hills Park and Trailhead ADA Improvements, Project No.MPK00005 (the Project). THe City is a charter city in the State of California. The City is a thriving community of approximately 50,000 full-time and 32,000 seasonal residents. It is located in the Coachella Valley in eastern Riverside County, part of the low desert region of Southern California. The City features big-city resources in a friendly, small-town setting, offering first class educational opportunities, safe and clean streets, as well as plentiful shopping and community events. The Work shall be commenced on the date stated in the City's Notice to Proceed. The Contractor shall complete all Work required by the Contract Documents within 120 calendar days from the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed.
