The Rockingham School District is seeking Bids for the replacement of auditorium seating. The outline of the work is provided below: Remove, and dispose of, existing auditorium seating Replace with new auditorium seating (appx 400 seats). Hussey Quattro Classic or comparable. Steel floor mounting brackets. 6 ADA spots/chairs as required by code. The proposal must include: Company name and information Similar sized projects References from previously completed projects. All local, state and governmental permitting. Provide all materials, equipment and labor for the work. All training necessary to guarantee proper maintenance and upkeep. Project timeline is 6/26/25 - 8/22/25. Payment terms will include 10% retainage, net 30 days. The Owner retains the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all Bids, or to accept any Bids they may determine to be in his/her best interest.
