Reference Number 0000386582 The bid request is for four (4) different chemicals and bidders are not required to bid on each chemical. Bids for individual chemicals are acceptable and expected. All bid prices are for the one year period of the fiscal year 2025-2026 beginning July 1, 2025. Bids should be submitted for the annual period of time. The proposal must meet the bid specifications for each chemical. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - FOB Destination Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % A Bid Bond, cashier's check, certified check or money order in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of your estimated total cost must accompany your bid. The bond must be from a company authorized to do business in the State of Michigan. Company and personal checks are not acceptable. Please upload a copy of the bid bond through online. Bids will need to be held for 60 days. The City would like to recommend an award at the Monroe City Council meeting on June 16, 2025. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality, to modify quantities and to make award in the best interest of the City.
