Renovation of a water / sewer project in Monroe, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Reference Number 0000385566 The Monroe Metropolitan Wastewater Treatment Facility (MMWTF) is seeking bids for the replacement of a roof mounted dual, gas fired heat / air conditioning unit. The new unit must be corrosion resistant (galvanized or aluminum housing, Edsil or Blygold coatings on piping and components and stainless-steel heat exchanger and drip pan (or equal). See attached bid specifications for additional details. Scope: The contractor shall perform the following: Lock-out and tag power, unhook all connections, remove the old unit from the roof and dispose of per EPA guidelines. Deliver new unit to site, lift onto roof, and set / secure into place. All connections are to be made and unit is to be tested. Proper sizing, testing, and balancing all unit for respective application utilizing the maximum SEER and EER values for respective application.
