Last day for questions - Monday, July 21, 2025 Addendum No. 2 (if necessary) - Wednesday, July 23, 2025 Description of the work: Contractor to obtain and install an elevated minimum 200,000-gallon capacity steel reservoir and associated foundation meeting the requirements of the construction documents.Site improvements are to include a new reservoir control valve vault, combination air/vacuum relief valve stations at two points of connection to the existing distribution system, disconnection of two existing reservoirs, site fencing, permanent runoff and erosion control improvements, and construction of an all- weather gravel access roadway to the reservoir site. Work includes modification of well pump controls in a building remote from the reservoir site. By submitting a bid, the Bidder agrees to comply with the provisions of all Tribal ordinances and laws. In accordance with the Tribe's TERO Ordinance, the Contractor shall give preference to the employment of Indians and shall also meet subcontracting requirements relating to local, Indian-owned firms.
