Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Moses Lake, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project will improve pedestrian safety by upgrading the Stratford Road midblock crossing with current ADA compliant ramps, solar powered Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFBs) mounted on aluminum Pelco poles with 2- foot diameter foundations, and current APS pedestrian push buttons. The City is supplying and installing the RRFBs and Pelco poles on the Contractor installed foundations per plans and specifications. This work includes removal and replacement of approximately 80 LF of curb and gutter, 75 SY of sidewalk, 2 ADA compliant ramps, 55 LF of pedestrian curb, 2 pole foundations, and 5 SY HMA patch. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids if such action is in the best interest of the City. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
