Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Lakeland, Georgia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.

The Project consists of the complete demolition and removal of the existing headhouse and shelter damaged by Hurricane Helene and construction of a new structure. The new Lanier County High School Headhouse & Shelter will include: Pre-Engineered Metal Building: The entire structure will be designed and constructed as a preengineered metal building to ensure durability, cost-effectiveness, and ease of installation. Foundations and Reinforcement: A new concrete pad, complete with footers, concrete ramps for doors, and proper reinforcement, will be installed to support the pre-engineered metal structure and ensure long-term structural stability. Electrical Service: Sufficient electrical service will be provided to power appropriate needs for the structure including lighting, receptacles, & HVAC. Size: The overall structure will measure 30' X 150' with a 2-12 pitch on the roof and 12' wall height. Enclosures: 110' of the structure will be enclosed starting from the west end. The enclosed portion will be divided into two sections (80' and 30' respectively, beginning from the west end), and 40' of the east end will be open shelter. Enclosures will include 3-12' wide roll up doors and 2-personnel doors. Exterior Roofing & Siding: The entire structure will be clad with durable, commercial-grade sheet metal siding to provide weather resistance, durability, and an aesthetically professional appearance. Insulation and HVAC: Full spray foam insulation will be provided for the entire structure including the ceiling and walls. Enclosures will be prepped for wall pack A/C units. Specifications on the HVAC units can be provided upon request. Drawings for submittal to Fire Marshall: Contractor will provide floor plan drawings for submittal to Fire Marshall Bid Bond security shall be submitted as required by Ga Law.
