Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lakeland, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Lanier County is requesting qualifications and proposals for selection of an Engineering Firm to provide a full range of engineering services associated with the construction of a new Recreation Complex. The proposed improvements include construction of three softballs fields, one soccer field, a concession stand, restrooms, a paved driveway, sidewalks, and parking facilities. Selection of an Engineer for the project will be required to develop concept, schematic design, design development documents, permit drawings, and 100% construction documents as well as provide construction oversight in accordance with the scope of work identified herein. Lanier County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities in the proposal process.
