The scope of work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the maintenance of landscaped areas, including inspection of irrigation system. To be eligible for award, bidders shall possess a valid State of Hawaii Specialty Contractor's "C-27" Landscaping Contractors license at the time of bidding.
