The Project includes the following Work: The base bid construction of approximately 269 linear feet (L.F.) of 8-inch gravity sewer line, 225 L.F. of 24-inch steel casing, 2 manholes, and associated appurtenances. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract for each individual Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis. The Project is funded through the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents.
