As of September 16, 2025, Bids were over budget, no award at this time The Project includes the following Work: Includes the base bid construction of approximately 4,676 Linear Feet (L.F.) of 8-inch water line, three (3) gate valves, three (3) blow-off valves, one (1) solenoid control valve, and associated appurtenances. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Prospective Bidders may examine and obtain the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:30 A.M. - 5:30 P.M. Prospective Bidders may also examine copies of the Bidding Documents provided by the Issuing Office at the locations identified below: Lee County Public Service Authority, 397 Park Street, Jonesville, Virginia 24263 Electronic copies of the contract documents may be obtained for a $50 nonrefundable fee.
