Legacy Lake Dredging (Legacy Park), includes, but is not necessarily limited to: Hydraulic dredging of sediment from Legacy Lake; transportation and placement of the dredged material at a designated site located southeast ofthe lake; performance of construction surveys; implementation and maintenance of erosion and sediment control measures; development, operation, and maintenance of designated sediment placement areas; installation and maintenance of a temporary dredge pipeline from the dredging area to the placement area; seeding and establishment of vegetation; demobilization; and all related ancillary and subsidiary activities necessary to complete the work. The sediment placement area shall be design and constructed with contaimnent berms, utilizing on-site material in accordance with the Contractor's approved work plan. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Docmnents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible forBidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Bid(5.0%) Question Deadline 06/03/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
