Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lees Summit, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Update:This project is the first phase to complete committed improvements to Scherer Road between Sampson and Jefferson Street. This first phase of the project will widen Scherer Road to three or four lanes with turn lanes, sidewalk, shared-use path, curb, and street lighting from Ward Road to M-291 Highway. Project is included in City of Lee's Summit Fiscal Year 2026-2030 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive technical defects and to select the proposal(s) deemed most advantageous to the City. All addendums must be signed and included with proposal.
