Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Amity, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
The proposed work includes: Approximately 2300 of extension of Salem Road from Hazel Avenue to Route D. The project includes grading, storm sewer, asphalt pavement, curb & gutter, sidewalks & ramps, and streetlighting. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction 2024, 4th Edition - April 2025 including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. All questions must be submitted to Bryan Blizzard at bblizzard@olsson.com or 913-318-4783 prior to 2:00 pm on Friday, June 6, 2025. All questions received will be addressed by Addendum and distributed prior to the letting date. A certified or cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The City of Lawson, Missouri reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The DBE Goal for this project is ___5% MODOT - Salem Road Extension
